Student Housing
Bryan Properties changed the face of student housing at Missouri State University by creating Bear Village, a 660-bed student community that features a variety of floor plans, all-inclusive billing, and premier amenities.
In 2022, Bryan Properties delivered the first public-private partnership in Missouri State University history — Heitz House, a 400-bed residence hall with parking, constructed on less than one acre of land.
