Feb. 16, 2023 -- Bryan Properties today announces the acquisition of the Hilton Garden Inn at 420 W. Albany St. in Broken Arrow, Okla.

Conveniently located across from Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, the Hilton Garden Inn has 107 rooms over five stories and boasts more than 4,000 square feet of meeting space.

This is the fourth Hilton flag in the Bryan Hotels family. “Bryan Properties/Bryan Hotels operates award-winning Hampton Inns in Branson, the Tru by Hilton in downtown Springfield — and arriving in August 2023, the Element by Marriott-Springfield on East Battlefield Road, at the gateway to the Medical Mile,” says Brad Gebhard, chief financial officer.

“Bryan Properties is excited to own this bright, clean design and continue to offer guests a high standard of service in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area," Gebhard says.

Bryan Properties is building an Element Hotel by Marriott in Springfield. The Element is located just west of National Avenue on Battlefield Road, at the gateway to Springfield’s Medical Mile. It will provide a much-needed lodging option to south Springfield. Half of the Element is an extended-stay hotel; the other 55 rooms are nightly rentals. We will open our doors for business in August 2023.

Bryan Properties will cut the ribbon in Summer 2023 on an expansion at The Timbers, our existing apartment community in Lebanon, Mo. Bailey Pyle of Springfield is our construction lead, with BOTI of Springfield as our architect. We are adding 64 new doors to The Timbers, more than doubling the number of apartments in an Ozarks city in need of more top-quality housing.

More than 400 students at Missouri State University in Springfield have a new place to call home — Heitz House, a seven-story residence hall boasting four floors of assigned parking and three stories of living space on top. The first floor of Heitz features a dining center and convenience store. There is a spacious interior courtyard and lots of community spaces for hanging out with friends. Bryan Properties built the hall — the first public-private housing partnership in university history.

In Rogers, Ark., we are building The Bend on Promenade, a luxury living development in one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States. Tim and Lisa Whitten are building the 160-apartment property. Larry Burns is our architect. Pre-leasing begins in Spring 2023 in the city acclaimed by CNN Money as one of the 50 Best Places to Live in America.
